Duck Hunting by Permit
Council members for the city of Newcastle have voted to allow duck hunting by Permit only ( with restrictions) beginning Nov 9th 2024. A lottery style drawing will be held October 14th 2024 to determine the winners of 4 allotted permits. Applications and a processing fee are now available through City Hall in Newcastle.
